Castellans

Quiet and Convenient.

The area is named after the thin, inding lane called Castellans that winds its way from the back of the Old Town to the foothill of Montgo. The photo shows the view over Castellans from one of the villas in Nova Xabia. This is a very quiet part of Javea, with virtually no passing traffic, other than residents. Its location is perfect if you are looking to buy or rent close to the town, but want to be away from the main shopping and dining areas. Much of Castellans is just a fifteen minute walk to the old town, which is great on market day. The villas further up into Nova Xabia and at the end of the Castellans lane itself are probably a little too far for most people to walk into the town and a car is advisable. Although most of the properties in Casellans do not have direct views of the sea, this area remains highly sought after and property purchase and rental prices tend to be quite high compared to other parts of Javea.
