Lluca

A Pleasant Residential Area

Lluca is about ten minutes drive from the Old Town in Javea on the way to Benitachell and is across the main road from Rafalet. Houses here are more affordable than within the main town and Arenal, but close enough to be convenient. Having a car is essential when living in Lluca, but it is a quiet region and there is a mix of Brits and Northern Europeans who live here.
