Five Minutes From the Old Town
This region is called 'nova' or new because it was one of the first areas to be built up outside the old town. Located just behind the Castellans Road that winds its way to the back of Montgo, it is very underdeveloped and property here goes for a premium. Most houses have lovely country views towards Javea town or Arenal.
