Walks and Walking in JaveaHappy Days Out or Just Walk Along the BeachfrontOnce you are in central Javea, pretty much everything is in walking distance. The Arenal, Old Town and Port can be thought of as a bit of a triangle, lying between 2km - 4km apart at the extreme ends. This makes walking within Javea very popular. A walk along the seafront from the Arenal to the Port is roughly a mile and makes for a very flat and accessible wander along the shore. Pavements are wide and you can also walk along the pebbled area behind the seashore. For the more adventurous there are lovely walks if you are prepared to drive a short distance from Javea to get there. This includes walks around Granadella, the Lighthouse, Balcon al Mar and many more.
